Our new projects, January 24,2024

For some time we have had questions about how someone can participate if they aren't on Facebook and don't want to be on Facebook. Well, here's how. I decided to try something new. As we announce our projects on FB, we will also do a blog post so you can see what we are doing and for whom. That way you can join in, even if you aren't interacting with us on Facebook. Later this year will mark 10 years since we started this little group. We have accomplished far more than anyone every dreamed of. A huge thank you to everyone who has helped in any and every way. Now, onto our projects. First up we have Chihuahua Rescue of San Diego located in California. This special rescue is foster based and they LOVE WIL blankets. Learn more about them on their website here: https://rescueachi.com/ Next, we have Everglades Angels Dog Rescue located in Florida. They save dogs who have been abandoned in the Everglades. They too love and appreciate WIL blankets. Learn more about them on their website here: https://evergladesangelsdogrescue.org/ For these dogs we want both regular and large blankets. Lastly, we have Belinda's House of Cats located in Texas. Kitty blankets? You bet! They adore their WIL blankets too. So, now you have the basics. You want to know all the bits and pieces that fit into this puzzle. First, blanket sizes basics. Please note that there is not such thing as blanket police. The one rule is make them with Love. The second rule is that if you promise to make a blanket, please do it or find someone else to make it on your behalf.
