For your convenience, here is a standard 8.5" x 11" document that is ready to be printed. You can choose to print on regular paper or on card stock. Cut out the individual Labels and use as is, or attach to decorative colored cardstock/paper.
Helpful hint: print out on peel and stick labels. Cut to size and then apply to decorative card stock. Use a hole punch and then tie to your adoption blanket with ribbon or yarn. Pretty! Sign your name to the Label to make it even more personalized.
